300g beef (you should choose beef thickly and mixed with beef tendon when cooked with vegetables, it will be better)
4 potatoes
1 carrot
2 tomatoes
2 shallots, 1 onion

Step 1: You should wash beef by using dilute salt water, then rinse it with cold water. Cut into square pieces, and mix the beef with ginger, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of broth mix, 1 teaspoon of white sugar, a little fish sauce, and then marinate for about 10 minutes for the meat to evenly infuse the spices.

Step 2: Wash the tomatoes and onion then slice them well, the shallots and garlic should be peeled, crushed, and minced. The tubers such as carrots, potatoes, you peel off, and then cut into square pieces to eat similar to beef. Cilantro, scallions washed, and chopped.
