  • Snails bought and soaked in rice for 1 hour, then put into the pot, add 2 tablespoons of sliced ​​ginger, 1 teaspoon of boiled salt and about 5 minutes. Take out the meat inside, cut off the tail to not be bitter. Rinse well with cold water. Snail after processing is finished, sliced ​​to taste
  • Catch pan for 2 tablespoons of oil to heat, add 2 tablespoons of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of minced chili pepper into the aromatic. Add in the mashed egg yolk, and egg yolk, stir for 2 minutes. Add 40gr of butter and melt until butter melt, then add 50ml of filtered water. Add to the mixture on 2.5 tablespoons of sugar and 1.5 tablespoons of fish sauce. Keep stirring until the mixture thickens.
