Pizza dough & tomato sauce
- 6 g flour (fine mixed with other)
- 3 dl milk (hand warm)
- 25 g fresh yeast
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 3 teaspoons salt
- Measure the flour(s) into a mixing bowl and form a hole in the middle.
- Add the sugar and crumble the yeast into the hole.
- Pour the hand warm milk into the hole and wait for 12-15. The yeast starts to propagate and the surface will be foamy.
- Knead the dough, cover with a kitchen towel and leave it risen for 1 hour
