Stir-fried beef with Chili and Lemongrass
Stir-fried beef with lemongrass and chili will be a great idea for family meals on rainy days. Pieces of beef are thinly sliced, infused with the aroma of lemongrass, ginger, garlic, and spicy marinade.

- 250 grams Beef
- 50 grams Ginger
- 2 Lemongrass
- 2 Chilies
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- 100 grams Scallions
- 2 tbsp Cooking oil
- 1 tbsp Fish sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- Peel ginger, cut fibers. Peel garlic, shallot, and mince. Peel off the outer skin of lemongrass, smash, slice thinly. Wash chili, remove seeds, cut. Wash scallions, cut into pieces.
- Wash the tenderloin, cut thinly. Then, combine the beef with minced garlic, ginger, salt, 1 teaspoon of white sugar in a bowl.
- Heat the cooking oil in a pan, add lemongrass to it, stir well. Next, stir-fry the beef above and sauté it with low heat. When the beef is done, add the chili. Season with fish sauce, 1 teaspoon of white sugar, and cook for 2 minutes.
